Stanley Rumbaugh served as Vice President for Administration and Finance at Wheelock College beginning in 1998. His responsibilities in that role included financial planning and management, and management of information technology, human resources, and physical facilities. He was responsible for planning and implementing international education initiatives, working closely with Wheelock’s President and the Director of the Center for International Education, Leadership, and Innovation, among others. Dr. Rumbaugh has visited Wheelock’s programs in Bermuda and Singapore.
Before coming to Wheelock, Dr. Rumbagh was Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration at Brandeis University. Prior to that, he served as the assistant superintendent of public schools in Oak Park, Michigan. His numerous other affiliations include the Fenway Alliance and the International Institute of Boston.
