DOL Region 3 FPOs and the YouthBuild TA Collaborative invite you to attend the first Region 3 DOL YouthBuild Regional Peer-to-Peer Learning Exchange on August 13th at the Grand Hyatt in Atlanta, GA. Be prepared for an interactive and informative day designed to help you improve your program’s performance and meet the standards required by your award.
In the morning you can choose either a workshop on Performance Measures and Placement, or attend a networking and problem-solving session called Open Space Technology. The afternoon will be devoted to discussing green collar jobs and how you can prepare your students to access them.
The day will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm with registration from 8:00am-8:30am. Lunch will be provided. We recommend that the Program Director, the staff responsible for performance measures, and any other "front-line" staff attend the Learning Exchange. Please note that there is no Registration Fee for this event, but we urge you to register soon and plan your trip to get the best prices on travel and hotel rates.
