You belong at this step if you: have a general understanding of YouthBuild and have identified a need in the community.
Available support: Starter kit including "10 Key Planning Steps"and a planning manual; Video from the Skoll foundation, which acts as a YouthBuild overview; Frequently Asked Questions page.
How to connect: Click here and fill out the form. This will allow you to download the starter kit. Read through those materials, play the Skoll video, and read the FAQs on the website.

Step Two: Phone Help
You belong at this step if you: have looked carefully at all the materials mentioned in step one, and still want to proceed in learning about program start-up.
Available support: A monthly conference call and presentation to deliver more detailed information and to answer your specific questions.

Step 3: Program Design Modules
You belong at this step if you: have a clear, overall vision for what is needed. Some components are in place. There may still be significant gaps. You understand where the gaps are or need help identifying them. You are presently involved in the program design process.
Available support: YouthBuild “modules.” These are toolkits that address specific areas of program development. Each contains a collection of relevant materials, and a checklist to work through. Each module comes with an expert consultant and technical assistance by phone. This is affordably fee-based.

Step 4: On-Site Consultation
You belong at this step if you: have completed the modules, are well along in developing a program, and have some resources in place. Or if you are at one of the other steps, but want to invest in personalized support.
Available support: Customized, on-site assistance from an expert, who can help you find partners, build your community relationships, strengthen program components, or whatever you need. Agendas are tailored to your needs and circumstances. This assistance is delivered on a fee-for-service basis.
