Graduates from YouthBuild programs throughout the United States have taken significant leadership roles in their programs, communities, and lives. The AlumniXchange is the annual national conference for YouthBuild graduate leaders to receive and offer intensive training and skills development in key areas such as career development, education, leadership, and asset building.

This year’s Xchange has a focus on building a network of graduates as a force for positive change. There is a strong emphasis on the importance of graduates continuing to develop themselves as they develop the network, with special attention paid to the benefits and how to’s of continuing your education.

Why should I come?
You will become linked to a national network of like-minded people with similar stories and goals. You will walk away with new skills, knowledge and awareness that will help you take your next steps on your path of success. You will be inspired and re-energized to continue your leadership in your own community.

How much does it cost?
If you register before Oct. 15, YouthBuild will cover:
• Your airfare
• Hotel lodging in a shared room
• Breakfast and lunch for Saturday and Sunday

You are responsible for:
• $50 registration fee (pay by credit card when you register)
• Ground travel costs
• Dinners
• Incidentals


How do I register:
Step 1: You must become a member of the YouthBuild 1000 Leaders Network in order to attend the Xchange. Members of the 1000 Leaders Network are graduates who are continuing on the path of leadership to make things go right for their life, their family, their program and their community. Click here to see to see eligibility criteria. (Even if you think you already are a member you must rejoin so we have the most accurate contact information for you).

Step 2: Once you have completely filled out and submitted the form to become a member of the 1000 Leaders Network you will automatically be taken to the registration page for the AlumniXchange. Please note, you will need a credit or debit card to pay the $50 registration fee.

Step 3: Check your email for the confirmation letter which has extremely important information including how you book your travel.
