With WESRAY, participated in many high profile LBO's, most notably Gibson Greetings.
Joined Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. in 1990 as a Managing Director running Kidder Peabody's New England investment banking operations through August 1994.
Served on the Commitment Committee of Kidder Peabody and was Co-Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
Frank has been active as a board member for a number of New England non-profit educational and healthcare organizations.
Frank served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the New England Medical Center Hospitals, Inc. from August 1994 to August 1995.
He also served as the interim Commissioner of Education of Massachusetts from February 1998 to July 1998.
He serves on the boards of publicly traded Albany Molecular Research and Moldflow, as well as director of two private companies.
Frank started his career working at Price Waterhouse.
Frank holds a B.A. in Economics from Muhlenberg College.
